Refund and Returns Policy

All sales/services are final and no exchange or refund will be permitted, unless the product received is defective. In such a case, a product unboxing video is compulsory to claim damages. Due to the nature of these products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items.
